The possibility of re-using a former refinery area is not a common day-to-day activity in the administration in the city of Ingolstadt. This project primarily provides the opportunity for planning future urban development and the decontamination of harmful soil on the former industrial sites. The article highlights the relationship between the offices involved in the city of Ingolstadt and their tasks and obligations related to the project. These complex requirements in the administration require a branched network and intensive coordination within the city. The goal is to familiarize the perspective of the public administration on the large-scale project IN-campus with the other articles of decontamination obligations, the technical consultants for expert services, the technical experts and the companies that implement the theoretical decontamination requirements.
