Jonathan Bate and Dora Thornton with Becky Allen: Shakespeare’s Britain

Working with Dora Thornton, curator of Renaissance Europe at the British Museum and curator of the Museum’s exhibition Shakespeare staging the world, and Becky Allen, the exhibition’s project curator Jonathan Bate has produced a delightful, splendidly illustrated booklet, introducing the material highlights of that successful exhibition, shown during the second half of the year 2012.
